On the 8th, the Ministry of Environmental Protection learned from the Ministry of Environmental Protection that in order to implement the important deployment of the State Council on promoting the implementation of major projects, the Ministry of Environmental Protection has recently completed the construction of the central project reserve of the 2016 Water Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan, with a total investment of over RMB430 billion. Fifteen water quality lakes in Gansu Province, which have been approved by the provincial people ’s government, have been approved by the provincial people ’s government, and the implementation plan for water pollution prevention and control in 103 prefecture-level cities, including Xiangtan City, Hunan Province, that meets the requirements of the central reserve. The batch of projects has entered the warehouse, involving more than 4,800 specific engineering projects, with a total investment of over 430 billion yuan. According to the person in charge of the Planning and Finance Department of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the reserve is divided into a central reserve and a provincial reserve, and the implementation of water pollution prevention and control related projects is carried out on the basis of the reserve. The projects included in the central reserve should focus on solving outstanding local water environment issues. The overall project objectives are at or better than the key river basin assessment objectives. After the project is implemented, it can support the realization of the "water ten" groundwater-related objectives.
